Clare brings a wealth of diverse teaching experiences spanning Government, Catholic, and Independent schools, where she has worked in both primary and secondary settings. She also has significant experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and communities, fostering culturally responsive teaching practices that honour and celebrate their histories, cultures, and strengths.
As a leader in inclusion support, Clare holds expert experience implementing the Berry Street Education Model and developing strategic school-wide responses to complex behaviour.
