Bachelor of Social Work | Post Graduate Diploma in Developmental Psychiatry | Post Graduate in Play Therapy | Certificate IV in Investigations

Deb is the Carer Information and Support Project Coordinator for the Foster Care Association of Victoria. In this role, she helps design and run support groups and training for carers.

Previously she managed home-based care programs at Berry Street for 20 years. She has extensive experience in foster care recruitment, training and assessment. As well as running the 'I Care 2' and 'Hold My Hand' groups at Berry Street, she facilitated a therapeutic playgroup and a girls group.

Deb grew up in a caring family and has firsthand experience of being a daughter of foster carers.
