Hayley is an international educator with extensive experience across education systems in Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and United Kingdom. She has supported students across the age span through her additional training and expertise in cognitive neuroplasticity and student engagement. In her most recent position before joining BSEM, she held a strategic role to implement her school’s positive psychology approach to student and teacher wellbeing. She also led social skills initiatives and empowered teachers to integrate these practices into pedagogical planning while supporting them to strengthen healthy relationships, design wellbeing tools, and establish daily classroom routines.

Hayley is committed to supporting educators to meet the needs of all students. Her professional practice is grounded by her deep knowledge in the science of neuroplasticity, which aims for students to better understand themselves and the way their powerful brains are learning. She believes that every student can recognise their own potential when provided with the scaffolding and supports to flourish.
