Jack is a teacher, education researcher and facilitator, and a Doctor of Education candidate at the University of Melbourne. In addition to facilitating the Berry Street Education Model (BSEM) training, Jack’s role as Senior Consultant includes advancing the understanding and practice of trauma-informed school leadership. Jack’s knowledgeable, calm approach brings thoughtful listening and dialogue to his work with schools. He has a strong understanding of the evidence base, which he passionately brings to life through examples from his experience. His purpose is to create learning environments where people of all backgrounds are safe, seen and supported into their potential.
