Recognising the profound impact community and wellbeing has on both academic achievement and overall life satisfaction, Sharyn supports schools to equip students and educators with the tools they need for personal and academic growth and success.
Sharyn champions school-wide, holistic approaches to student wellbeing by empowering educators to integrate pro-active strategies and practices into their unique contexts. Her experience, passion, and authenticity brings the BSEM strategies to life for educators and supports learning communities to cultivate a trauma informed, strength-based culture, where every student and staff member thrives.
