Tasmin is a passionate educator with experience as a classroom teacher and leader in both the UK and Australia. Her roles have spanned early primary to upper primary education, including leadership positions such as PE Coordinator and Leader of Learning. She has been instrumental in Refugee Education Support Programmes, developing learning strategies to welcome and support children and families through a trauma-informed lens.

In schools with physical disability units, Tasmin has crafted and implemented inclusive learning plans tailored to all pupils, ensuring the learning environment is accessible for everyone. Her commitment to fostering supportive, inclusive environments is central to her approach.

With a background in Sociology and Social Policy, Tasmin brings a deep understanding of the social factors influencing education and the importance of trauma-informed practices. As a Berry Street Consultant, she is dedicated to empowering educators to meet the diverse needs of their students and to foster resilient, thriving learning communities.
