Our Take Two service held its first online Clinical Conversation recently, and the video recording is now available to watch online. This webinar will be helpful for anyone who works with children or young people who have experienced developmental trauma.

The session - ‘Engaging with children who have experienced trauma’ - aligns with this Take Two practice guide. The webinar features experienced therapeutic specialists discussing the principles that guide how we engage with children and young people who have experienced trauma. They discuss how these children may be using self-soothing behaviours that can be challenging for adults to understand or deal with.

The second part of the webinar discusses the principles in action in a conversation with one of our clinicians and a clinical team leader about a real (but de-identified) Take Two client.

In 2022, Take Two intend to hold 3 free online Clinical Conversations. All will be linked to forthcoming Take Two practice guides. To receive notification of future events, subscribe to Take Two’s Relate eNewsletter.
