Ariane Barton

Ariane is a Social Worker who joined Take Two’s Clinical Practice Development team towards the beginning of 2022. With 20 years of experience working as a social worker she has worked in a wide range of programs in both the government and community sectors with children, adolescents and adults.

Previously to Take Two Ariane worked for approximately 6 years within the Victorian government in DFFH and Department of Justice in roles responsible for leading on trauma informed practice and developing capacity for a therapeutic approach to engaging with children and young people. In these roles she provided complex case consultation, clinical supervision and reflective practice, as well as developed and facilitated a range of professional development trainings and packages.

Prior to this she worked within the UK and in Australia as a clinician and manager providing various services to people with complex and multiple needs specialising in dual diagnosis.
