Judy Hilton has experience in early childhood, school and adult education settings. She designed and taught positive psychology and wellbeing qualifications at TAFE SA, and is passionate about embedding skills to support psychological health, wellbeing and resilience into all levels of education.
Her recent experience as Deputy Head of Campus / Wellbeing Manager in an alternative secondary education setting has reinforced the need for strengths-based approaches to be partnered with trauma-informed strategies to support strong learning outcomes for young people, and increased wellbeing of their teachers. With the Berry Street Education Model. Judy is continuing her mission to translate research findings into practical strategies that intentionally build wellbeing and resilience alongside academic growth across education sectors.
